Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Italy & United States:

  • Standard Shipping — $5.00 (5–10 business days)
  • Express Shipping — $10.00 (2–4 business days)

International (all other countries):

  • Standard Shipping — $10.00 (7–14 business days)
  • Express Shipping — $15.00 (3–7 business days)

EU Customers In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, EU customers have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing in your country.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
